Kulu Valley has worked with organisations in the financial sector for a number of years because historically, these customers have demonstrated the greatest need to get vital news and updates to audiences as quickly as possible – this information is the lifeblood of their business.
We’re now seeing that the need to communicate important company updates or provide training and information to customers and employees as effectively as possible, is starting to drive the adoption of visual communications across a variety of different businesses.
As a result, Kulu Valley is growing rapidly, and our mission is to help businesses of all sizes to cut through the noise to get their key messages heard, understood and acted on. We’re achieving this by providing companies with the tools to deliver their ideas and information as highly interactive visual communications or ‘Kulus’.
We have a loyal customer base that we’ve worked with for a number of years – we constantly listen to their feedback and use it to adapt our service, which means we’re often first to market with new features and functionality – helping our customers to stay ahead of their competitors.
As a business we focus on delivering a service that’s easy to implement and scale; on driving product innovation and on providing great service to our customers. This is what has driven our success to date, and we believe will continue to make us successful in the future.
Kulu Valley was founded in 2002 by Sumit Rai and Robert Long following their research into cognitive behaviour at University College of London. Together they have developed an award-winning platform that delivers the rich media experience, immediacy and ease of use typically associated with consumer video entertainment, but with the security, workflow and content management required by business – giving users the best of both worlds.
Backed by Andromida Capital, Kulu Valley works with companies such as Deutsche Bank, City Wire and Apple, as well as key strategic partners such as BT for customers needing to integrate our platform into their existing IT environment.
